A major redevelopment of Bristol’s first Georgian Terrace, in the historic Old Market Quarter of the City Centre.

We are currently in Pre Application discussions with Bristol City Council on the provision of a mixed use scheme, including the possibility of Offices, Residential and HMO accommodation, in the historic Old Market Quarter of the City Centre. The site is well located for all major transport links, and enjoys direct views over St Mathias Park, has the benefit of ample multi storey car parking nearby and is close to Cabot Circus. Proposals include restoring and rebuilding the original terrace, with new accommodation to the rear of the site, totalling between 25,000 and 45,000 sq ft.

The development could include a mix of Open Market Residential apartments, Community Living and Working, with a good balance of Affordable Housing.
