Landsdowne

A detached Bath stone villa, built in 2017, and set in the heart of the exclusive conservation area of Bath.

We worked very closely, to exacting standards, with Bath City Council, to achieve a planning consent for, and to successfully construct, a new family dwelling in the grounds of Fordley House, Landsdowne. The total footprint of the new house extended to in excess of 2,700 sq ft. The new build house was completed over the course of one year and the property was subsequently sold.
