Congresbury Village

On the edge of the prestigious village of Congresbury, this scheme combined a mix of Retail and Residential accommodation onto what was originally a derelict Public House site.

The development comprised circa 3,000 sq ft of Retail which was let to Tesco, under the Tesco Express brand, and 10 family houses of between 1,200 and 2,000 sq ft each. The housing development was done within a Joint Venture with Freemantle Developments Limited. The development was completed and sold in 2016.

Amenities

All the houses were built with a minimum of 3 bedrooms, to accommodate local families at a reasonable cost. The site included off street parking for 2 cars per house and decent sized private gardens. The Tesco Express is one of the most successfully traded members of the brand.
