Richard Farrow (Managing Director, MRICS)
Richard is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Head of Development - London with over 25 years experience. He originally worked for a Multi National Construction Group before setting up his own business specialising in the renovation of Period and Listed Buildings. He has invested in a number of related businesses in the Leisure Sector and manages a significant personal property portfolio.
Neil Cartwright (Strategy Director)
Neil spent the previous 20 years of his career working in Investment Banking, most recently specialising in European Telecoms, Media & Technology and before that, Utilities. His European Equities, Corporate Finance, Investment Management & Mergers/Acquisitions experience was gained whilst working for Lehman Brother’s, Credit Suisse, UBS, HSBC and Credit Lyonnais. Before the City, Neil spent 7 years in Marketing/Sales/Account Management in the IT Industry after graduating in Mathematics from Manchester University.
Mark Watkins (Design Director)
As a qualified Architect, Mark has worked on a range of building types from residential, office and education through to large residential developments and mixed use schemes. His strength lie in concept design and negotiating the planning process. He has been involved with the regional branch of the RIBA, having stood as Chair of the Bristol and Bath branch and is a past President of the Bristol Society of Architects. He is also a Lecturer in Architecture at the University of Bath.
Robert Giles (Finance Director)
Robert Giles is a Chartered Accountant. He qualified with what is now PwC after graduating in Economics from Cambridge University. He spent 18 years of his career working in investment banking and fund management. Since then he has been involved in a number of small businesses and charities, and is a board member of Rainforest Trust.
