We believe in the pursuit of perfection in all our residential and commercial projects, specialising in under utilised or redundant listed buildings in the South West and London. We deliver this service through our five core businesses of Property Development, Property Management, Architecture & Planning, Sustainability and Design. We pride ourselves on the abilities and determination of these businesses to work together, with partners and with our customers to deliver a unique and valuable experience.

Entrepreneurs, Richard Farrow and Neil Cartwright, co founded the Group in 1988 with vast property experience in the Industry and Financial experience in the City. Our joint passion for deals and the sophistication in structuring them, to achieve maximum value, has made Land&Buildings Group what it is today.

We have traded successfully for over 30 years. Our strategy over this period has remained entirely consistent. We have quietly and prudently built up a strong balance sheet, avoiding excessive risk, particularly over periods of erratic property market performance. We intend to grow rapidly over the coming five years, sticking to our core strengths and competencies. The current state of the property market and economic cycle make this a unique investment period.
