Comprising a Grade II Listed Pineapple Wall, together with various existing buildings, storage facilities and a vast car park. The site was previously operated as Blagdon Water Gardens. We submitted a planning and listed building application for a Heritage lead development, including the full restoration of the Pineapple Wall, the Walled Garden and an existing two storey building. North Somerset District Council granted Full Planning (19/P/1963/FUL) and Listed Building (19/P/1964/LBC) consent for our scheme on 2nd July 2020. All enquiries welcome.
