An Historic edge of the village site, looking over Langford Brook and out across an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Comprising a Grade II Listed Pineapple Wall, together with various existing buildings, storage facilities and a vast car park. The site was previously operated as Blagdon Water Gardens. We submitted a planning and listed building application for a Heritage lead development, including the full restoration of the Pineapple Wall, the Walled Garden and an existing two storey building. North Somerset District Council granted Full Planning (19/P/1963/FUL) and Listed Building (19/P/1964/LBC) consent for our scheme on 2nd July 2020. All enquiries welcome.

A luxury housing development now consented on this historic site within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. To include the renovation and redevelopment of the Walled Garden and an existing two storey building, together with the construction of nine new build luxury dwellings.
