Mortimer House

A significant 10,000 sq ft Mansion House in the heart of Clifton Village, Bristol.

This Historic site was originally consigned to the English Heritage “Buildings at Risk” list until acquired by Land&Buildings Group, and developed as an exclusive single family house, with five cutting edge town houses within the historic grounds. We worked very closely with Bristol City Council and Historic England, to achieve a fantastic renovation of the existing buildings together with contemporary new architecture for the new build elements. The result, a total regeneration of what was a redundant and unused site in a prime location. The development was completed and sold over the course of 2017/18.

Amenities

Amazing historic gardens formed the setting of this new community of family houses and apartments. All properties comprised off street parking and splendid gardens. The news houses were formed with basements, carved out of the rock.
