We are actively looking for opportunities to buy property, where we can create an uplift in value, whether by obtaining vacant possession and redeveloping, creating alternative use value, and/or exploring planning potential for redevelopment.
Property Investment
We continually seek property for medium and long-term investment purposes, whether residential, commercial or mixed use. We are looking for a wide range of properties from blocks of flats let to individuals, to single commercial buildings let on commercial leases.
Collaborations & Partnerships
We are always prepared to consider joint approaches to transactions with innovative and trustworthy property parties looking to generate maximum returns in the property arena. We undertake joint ventures with land owners, banks, building societies, insurance companies, property companies (both public and privately quoted), and high net worth individuals, both UK and Foreign. Typically, we would offer any potential partner, an absolute minimum of the “Open Market Value’ for their land and/or buildings, together with up to a 50% share of the future development profits. Our track record of collaborative working with a variety of partners, at all levels of experience in the Industry, has been built up over the last 30 years and involved 7 Joint Venture Partners, working over 9 schemes - we would be more than happy to share our experiences with you.
